Detectives grabbed Alton Coleman as he walked away and Phquon Cook, 29, as he tried to drive off from the Murray Hill Terrace senior and public housing building the night of Jan. 23, police said at the time.

A 14-count indictment returned Tuesday says Coleman sold to undercovers near both the complex and the Hoover School last Dec. 16, then again on Jan. 9 and, finally, on Jan. 23.

Cook is charged in only three of the counts — and only in connection with an alleged sale to Coleman near the Hoover School on Jan. 23.

Cook immediately posted $25,000 bail and was released. He also received summonses for being unlicensed and suspended and for having drugs in his car.

Coleman, meanwhile, remained held today on $150,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail.
