The event, which was sponsored by the Friends of the Library, featured a performance from Eric Pooley and his Goat Rodeo Band.

The activities included face painting, tattoos, sand art, jam can, pool-noodle limbo, a carwash game where kids soaked up sponges and attempted to fill up buckets with water in competition, Frisbee, and building forts and castles out of boxes.

Those in attendance said it was a great day overall, and the library is hoping to make Family Fun Day an annual event.
