Learn To Make Sushi With Culinary Expert At Hammond Museum In North Salem

NORTH SALEM, N.Y. -- Learn the fine art of Japanese culinary culture at the Hammond Museum & Japanese Stroll Garden in North Salem on Saturday, Nov. 21, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Special instructions and demonstrations will be given on the art of Japanese food presentations with tips for natural and balanced meals. Enjoy the experience of preparing a Japanese lunch with fresh sushi rolls and miso soup.

Yoshimi Arai, the principal of Mokoro New York, will be host and instructor. She is an expert in the fine arts of Japanese culinary presentations and handmade design accessories. Many of her fine arts have been available at the Hammond Museum Store for many years.
