Siciliano died June 10, 2010, from complications after a double lung transplant required to fight cystic fibrosis. He required lots of blood in the attempt to save his life. The blood products he received were available due to the generosity of strangers. The Siciliano family and friends want to help replenish the community blood supply so lifesaving blood donations are there for others in need.

Call 914-347-3872 to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins are also welcome.

Donors must be between 16 and 75 years of age. Those 76 and older may donate with a note from their physician. Sixteen-year-old donors must have parental permission on a New York Blood Center form, which will be available at drive.

Donors must weigh at least 110 pounds. Donors should eat and be well-hydrated before donating and should bring identification with photo or signature.
