NORTH SALEM, N.Y. – The Ruth Keeler Memorial Library is hosting a book, bake and plant sale Friday, May 8 through Sunday, May 10.

There will be an evening preview cocktail party at 6:30 p.m. Friday, May 8 with a cooks and books party. The $50 admission includes:

Open bar with a selection of fine wines and beer.
Hors d'oeuvres from some of North Salem's finest chefs.
First chance to buy some of the thousands of books before the fair opens to the public.
Live music with Martin Aronchick and Richard Brooker of Chick's Candy Outlet.

The library fair will be held Saturday, May 9 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Activities include a used book sale until 5 p.m., a plant sale until 3 p.m., a pet contest and more.

All remaining books will be sold for half price Sunday, May 10 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
