Participate In Festivities With Friends Of John Jay Homestead At Barn Dance

KATONAH, N.Y. -- The Barn Dance, sponsored by Friends of John Jay Homestead, will take place on Saturday, Sept. 20, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

The Barn Dance at the John Jay Homestead State Historic Site, 400 Jay St., Katonah.

The dance includes dinner, ice cream sundaes, and music by local bands. Pig races, a crowd favorite, will be held at 5:10 p.m., 6:20 p.m. and 7:40 p.m.

Ticket prices are as follows: $60 for members in advance, $100 at the door; non-members $85 in advance, $100 at the door; students ages 13-21 $30; children ages 4-12 are $25; barn raisers are $250 per adult and sponsors are $100 per adult.

All members of Friends of John Jay Homestead at the family level or higher receive two free children's tickets with pre-registration.

Ticket price includes soft drinks, dinner and dessert. Beer and wine are one ticket ($5).
