Schoolhouse Theater Opens For Its 2014-2015 Season

CROTON FALLS, N.Y. --  The Schoolhouse Theater will present three main stage productions for its 2014-2015 season, opening with Mark St. Germain’s "Freud’s Last Session" from Friday, Oct. 31 to Sunday, Nov. 23.

Directed by Sean Hagerty, the play is the imagined meeting between Sigmund Freud and C.S. Lewis in Freud’s London office just days before the start of World War II. Hagerty is the associate artistic director and director of education for New York Classical Theatre as well as the chairman of education and training for the Shakespeare Theatre Association.  

The Pulitzer-prize winning play, "The Effect of Gamma Rays on Man-in-the-Moon Marigolds," written by Paul Zindel, will run from Friday, Feb. 27 through Sunday, March 22.

From Friday, June 5 through Sunday, June 28, the Schoolhouse will produce the emotionally charged, historical drama, "The Clearing" by British playwright Helen Edmundson.  

Individual tickets for main stage productions are $38 and a subscription is $99 (includes one ticket for each of the three main stage productions).  Senior citizen discount tickets are $35 and student tickets are $20.
