Monday, Jan. 14

League of Women Voters: 10:30 a.m. The Somers League of Women Voters will kick off the new year with a visit from county Legislators Peter Harckham and Mike Kaplowitz, who will discuss the state of Westchester County. Everyone is welcome to attend. There is no charge. Somers Library, 82 Primrose St., Somers.

Nighttime Arts With Maggie Zander: 7 p.m. Maggie Zander’s art class is open to all levels, from beginners to experts. Materials are supplied. It meets every Monday night. Ruth Keeler Memorial Library, 276 Titicus Road, North Salem.

Tuesday, Jan. 15

Children’s Events at the Keeler: 10:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Events begin with Mother Goose Story Time for babies at 10:30, followed later by the Children’s Craft Hour at 4 p.m. Ruth Keeler Memorial Library, 276 Titicus Road, North Salem.

Wednesday, Jan. 16

North Salem Middle/High School PTO: 8:30 a.m. The PTO will meet in the middle/high school. 230 June Road, North Salem.

North Salem Planning Board: 7:30 p.m. The Planning Board will combine a work session and a regular meeting. Town House Annex, 274 Titicus Road, North Salem. The Jan. 16 Planning Board meeting has been canceled. All items will be carried over to the Feb. 6 agenda.

Puppets With Elizabeth Joyce: 10:30 a.m. This popular event is suitable for all ages. Ruth Keeler Memorial Library, 276 Titicus Road, North Salem.
