Friday, Aug. 24

Legos at the Library : 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Kids of all ages love to create with Legos. The library has a large supply and invites everyone to drop by and have some fun. The Ruth Keeler Memorial Library is at 276 Titicus Road., North Salem.

Saturday, Aug. 25

Wolves of North America: 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Learn about the mythology, biology and ecology of wolf families and get a chance to visit Ambassador wolves Alawa, and Zephyr, as well as the center's critically endangered red wolves and Mexican gray wolves. The fee is $13 for adults, $11 for children under 12. Registration is required. It’s at the Wolf Conservation Center , 7 Buck Run St., South Salem.

Evening Howl for Pups of All Ages: 6-7:30 p.m. Take a short sunset hike to howl with Ambassador wolves Atka, Alawa and Zephyr and behold the center's critically endangered red wolves and Mexican wolves. Please bring flashlights. The fee is $16 for adults and $13 for children under 12. Registration is required. It’s at the Wolf Conservation Center, 7 Buck Run St., South Salem.

Sunday, Aug. 26

Farmers' Market: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Fresh produce, meats, cheese, soaps, candles, honey, maple syrup, flowers, fish and delicacies from local farmers and artisans are available. The Muscoot Farmers' Market will continue every Sunday through October. Muscoot Farm is on Route 100, 1½ miles south of Route 35 in Somers.

Pack Chat for Kids: 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. This is a wonderful way to introduce young children to the glory of wolves. The wolf families are busy raising this year’s pups, so don’t forget to bring your camera. The fee is $13 for adults and $11 for children under 12. Registration is required. It’s at the Wolf Conservation Center, 7 Buck Run St., South Salem.

Back To The Garden 1969 Concert: 7:30 p.m. Five musicians, two of them Woodstock originals, joined forces to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Woodstock Music Festival and had such fun, they’re still doing it. Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door. It’s at the Towne Crier, 130 Route 22, Pawling.
