How Long In Business: 10.5 Years. The restaurant is owned by the Albanese family and named after Pasquale, the patriarch.

Known For: Margarita, Buffalo chicken, chicken parmesan and salad pizzas.

Most Popular Slice: Chicken Parm.

Key to Success: "We use all fresh ingredients," said Katia Albanese, one of the owners. "Our fresh mozzarella is housemade," and all recipes are old-school Italian. "These are handed-down family recipes," she said. "We bring that tradition."
