North Salem Chef Leads Cooking Classes In Jamaica

NORTH SALEM, N.Y. — Dish Up!, a Jamaican food video series created by North Salem chef Charmaine Lord, is headed south.

Lord, who was profiled in a previous Daily Voice story, is hosting classes at Bromley Mountain Retreat in St. Ann’s, Jamaica April 20-25, and spaces are still open.

The trip is billed as an insider's excursion centered around food, art, and the natural beauty of Lord's much beloved island home.
