Correct Jason (once again)! It's St. John's Chapel on Titicus Road near the intersection of Wallace.
I believe it is St. John Church at the intersection of Titicus and Wallace
OK could it be Purdys United Methodist church on Titicus Road?

Could it be the St James Methodist church on Titicus Rd?
