The man who found lying on the side of the road near Pine Grove Road, told officers he believed a car may have brushed him, causing him to fall, Dampf said.

The unidentified man, who was not seriously injured, was taken as a precaution to a local hospital for evaluation.

A large branch hanging over the roadway may have contributed to the accident, Dampf added.
