Brewster Man, 19, Charged With DWI In Southeast

SOUTHEAST, N.Y. – A 19-year-old Brewster man is accused of drunken driving on Route 22, according to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department.

About 3:25 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 1, a sheriff’s deputy determined that Byron E. Marcos was driving while intoxicated, according to a press release.

Marcos was arrested. If convicted of the misdemeanor charge against him, he could face up to a year in jail and a fine of up to $1,000.
