The spectacle, which drew firefighters from across Putnam County and beyond, began at the intersection of Route 6 and Seminary Hill Road before continuing north on Route 52.
Marching firefighters came with color guards and some of their trucks, including vintage vehicles.
The Carmel Fire Department was joined by its counterparts, including Mahopac, Mahopac Falls, Brewster, Patterson, Putnam Lake, Kent, Lake Carmel, Putnam Valley, Croton Falls, Somers, Garrison, South Salem and Yorktown Heights.
Firefighters from Katonah, Bedford Hills, Montrose, Buchanan, Danbury, Eastchester, Turn of River (Stamford), Mamaroneck and Purchase were also present.
Several volunteer ambulance corps also marched, including standalone corps from Carmel and Mount Kisco.
The parade concluded with a roaring performance of sirens and horn honking from a convoy of yellow Carmel firetrucks.
