Ex-Police Officer Jailed In Taconic Incident Has State Job

BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y. -- A former police officer who served prison time in connection with unlawfully pulling over motorists on the Taconic State Parkway has been working for the state, according to The Journal News.

Moreover, Ronald Langer  remains the prime suspect in the 1987 death of Sherri Orofino, a Dutchess County woman whose decomposed body was found along the Croton Reservoir five months after she disappeared while driving home on the Taconic, according to The Journal News.
