With a High Wind Warning in effect until midnight, more than 1,200 power outages have been reported to customers in Northern Westchester and Putnam Wednesday evening.
At 9 p.m., 456 outages were reported in Putnam and 742 in the areas of Northern Westchester services by NYSEG, with numerous outages in Somers.
