I-84 Accident Backs Up Evening Commuters In North Salem

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- An accident on westbound I-84 in North Salem caused delays on the New York-Connecticut border late Thursday afternoon.

The accident, reported at 4:45 p.m., is blocking the shoulder at Route 121 (Exit 21).
