According to the Putnam Humane Society, the dog has been spotted on Wilson Road in Brewster. The dog is wearing a collar and seems to pass through the area in the morning. Please notify the Brewster Police Department with any sightings by calling 845-279-6161, and ask the officer to notify the dog control officer.
