North Salem Library Discusses Book, Movies During Girls Book Club

NORTH SALEM, N.Y. -- The Ruth Keeler Memorial Library will be holding the North Salem Girls Book Club on Saturday, Aug. 29.

"Warm Bodies" is the book for the meeting, which will run from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Each month, the group will read a book, watch the movie together and discuss the differences over snacks. Analisa Posa has organized the group as part of her Girl Scout gold award.

The group is open to all girls ages 13 and up. Registration is preferred. The library has copies of the books for everyone.

In September, the group will review "The Perks of Being a Wallflower" by Stephen Chbosky.
