NORTH SALEM, N.Y. - Two people were charged with driving while intoxicated in town this week after being stopped by State Police.
On Saturday, Ellen Brewster, 54 of Bedford, was stopped by Somers State Police on Route 121 in North Salem at about 3:20 p.m. She was charged with driving while intoxicated and unlicensed operation of a vehicle.
On Monday, George Anderson, 25, of Bedford Hills was stopped by State Police on Route 121 in North Salem and charged with driving while intoxicated.
