The Somers State Police have positively identified the body discovered in the Gaymark Preserve on June 12. Fingerprint analysis proved the remains to be those of Epifanio Medina, 65, from Passaic, New Jersey. Local police worked with the assistance of the Westchester County Department of Public Safety and the County Medical Examiners Office to establish the identity. Further information is still being sought. The State Police request that anyone with information contact the Bureau of Criminal Investigation at 914-277-3177 or 914-769-2600.
