WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- After enjoying above-average temperatures for most of the season, Westchester residents will get a real taste of late fall weather as November begins on Saturday with rain, wind and cooler temperatures.

Sunday will be mostly sunny, but winds could gust up to 41 mph with a high around 49.
