CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. -- The northbound Saw Mill River Parkway in Chappaqua has reopened after an overturned vehicle accident resulted in its closure on Wednesday.
The accident, reported at 5:15 p.m., is at Exit 33 (Reader's Digest Road).
