North Salem Town Supervisor Warren Lucas won a third term in office in an uncontested election.
Western Connecticut State University chemistry professor Paul Hines, charged in a sex case involving a 15-year-old boy in Somers, N.Y., pleaded not guilty to endangering the welfare of a minor and said he did not know the boy's true age,
Traffic delays occurred on I-684 In Katonah, Taconic Parkway In Yorktown due to an overturned tractor trailer blocking two lanes on I-684 North near Exit 6 in Katonah.
Incumbent Rob Astorino has won a second term as Westchester county executive.
