What's Open And Closed In North Salem On New Year's Day

NORTH SALEM, N.Y. – Schools, banks, Post Offices and town offices are closed Tuesday for the New Year's holiday.

Here's what's open and closed around North Salem on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

The Ruth Keeler Memorial Library is closed Monday and Tuesday and reopens Wednesday, Jan. 2.

The Union Hall General Store at 2 Keeler Lane is open on Monday and Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Danbury Mall is open Monday and Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Stop & Shop in Ridgefield is open Monday and Tuesday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

CVS in Somers is open on Monday and Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Somers Discount Wine & Spirits is open New Year's Eve from 10 a.m. to around 7 or 8 p.m. It will be open New Year's Day from approximately 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The following North Salem restaurants are serving dinner on New Year's Eve: Croton Creek Steakhouse, Primavera, Purdy's Farmer & the Fish, 121 Restaurant and Vox.
