KENT, N.Y. -- Police are investigating a car crash in Kent that left a woman hospitalized and seriously injured on early Monday morning, according to LoHud.com.

The woman reportedly crashed into a tree near Farmers Mills Road and White Pond Road at approximately 3:24 a.m.

Responders had to cut her free from the vehicle and she was airlifted to Westchester Medical Center, LoHud.com reported.
