PURDYS, N.Y. – James (Jim) A. McCue, of Purdys and formerly of Hastings-on-Hudson and Dobbs Ferry, died peacefully Feb. 19 surrounded by his loving family. He was 85.
McCue was born Nov. 18, 1929, in Hastings-on-Hudson to Joseph and Sophye (nee Gebhardt) McCue.
A service of Christian burial is set for 11 a.m. Saturday at Grace Episcopal Church, 78 Main St., Hastings-on-Hudson.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in McCue's name are welcome to either the Hastings Recreation Department, 44 Main St., Hastings-on-Hudson, NY 10706 or to the Dobbs Ferry Midnight Run, 97 Main St., Dobbs Ferry, NY 10522.
