Memorial Services Scheduled For Billyjack Hubert, Dover Car Crash Victim

DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. -- Funeral services have been announced for Billyjack Alan Hubert, 30, one of two men killed as the result of a car accident in Dover on Friday.

Born October 7, 1986, in Franklin, N.H., he was the son of Pamela J. Killmer of Hickory, N.C. 

Hubert, a lifelong area resident, worked as a carpenter for JFS Construction in Millerton for more than 15 years.

A graduate of Webutuck High School Class of 2004, Hubert was a past member of the Wassaic Fire Company, Amenia Fire Company, and the Millerton Fire Company. 

An avid outdoorsman, Hubert enjoyed hunting and fishing, especially with his two nephews. 

In addition to his mother, Hubert is survived by his sister, Tonya (James) Smith; two brothers; Frederick Richards and Travis (Audrey) Hubert of Dover, two nephews; Tyler (Mia Stevenson) Smith and Hunter (Beverly Miles) Smith, his extended family; Jim and Lyla Milton and Jim and Heather Socci, and several aunts, uncles and cousins and numerous friends. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Richard and Faye Killmer and a devoted friend to the end, Otto W. Eisermann, Jr.

Calling hours will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 31, at the Scott D. Conklin Funeral Home, 37 Park Ave., Millerton. Remembrances will be shared at 4 p.m. at the funeral home. All other services will be private.
