She is survived by her mother and father, Gail and Gary Peluso, of Carmel, her brothers, Josh, Luke and Cody, and her two nieces. Samantha had a passion for the arts and her golden retrievers, Jasper, Kramer and Pal. She was currently studying at Western Connecticut State University.
There will be a private informal service for family and friends on Thursday, Aug. 3 at 2 p.m. at The Hubbard Lodge, 2880 Campbell Road, Cold Spring.
