NORTH SALEM, N.Y. – State Police have discovered the body of a 24-year-old man in North Salem in a wooded area off Cotswold Drive.

The body was discovered about 1:30 p.m. Saturday, according to State Police Investigator Cornelius Merritt of the Somers barracks.

Merritt said no foul play is suspected, and police are suspecting it was a suicide.

The victim has not yet been identified.

Merritt said an autopsy has been planned by the Westchester County Medical Examiner's Office to determine the cause of death.
