Brewster Man Pulled Over For Not Wearing Seatbelt Charged With DWI
BREWSTER, N. Y. -- Raymond L. Pellecchia, 48, was arrested by New York State Police, on Sept. 26, for aggravated driving while intoxicated on Main Street. He also was cited for not wearing his seat belt.
