Holt was wanted by state police after failing to appear at a court date on Dec. 4 at the town of Southeast Court, according to police.

After a felony bench warrant was issued, Holt was arrested by Connecticut state police as a fugitive from justice and turned over to the New York state police after waiving his Connecticut extradition hearing, police said.

Holt was arraigned before the Town of Southeast Court and remanded to the Putnam County Jail without bail. He is scheduled to appear before the Town of Southeast Court on Thursday, March 19, at 1 p.m.
