2 p.m. update: WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- The accident scene had been cleared and the lanes of I-84 were reopening as of Monday afternoon.
Original story: WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- An overturned tractor-trailer was blocking all lanes of I-84 eastbound just past the on-ramp from I-684 on Monday morning.
The roadway was completely blocked, and traffic was backing up on I-84 eastbound, I-684 northbound and Route 22 southbound.
