According to police reports, campus security was called to a dorm room on the third floor of Regis Hall and smelled burnt marijuana in the hall.
The occupants initially denied having any marijuana but ultimately turned over several bags of a green leafy substance that field-tested positive as marijuana, police said.
Officers also found five glass smoking pipes, a metal grinder, 50 plastic "nickel bags" and a mason jar containing more marijuana, police said.
Two of the 18-year-olds in the room were issued infraction tickets on a charge of possession.
Police charged 18-year-old Robert Koripsky of Stratford with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of over four ounces of marijuana and possession of marijuana on school grounds.
Officers also found several hundred dollars in Koripsky's possession in various denominations, police said.
Koripsky was released on $500 cash bond with a court date of April 14.
