Medication Stolen From North Salem Mailbox

NORTH SALEM, N.Y. – Coming home for lunch on Friday, a Dingle Ridge resident saw a box, which contained a package of medications, tied to his mailbox. He did not stop to collect it and when he returned later the mailbox was damaged and the box of medications was missing. Officer James DePaoli responded and notified the post office of the theft.

Afraid of continuing the drive home, he pulled over at the Swan Deli in Purdys.
