New Jersey Man Charged With DWI In North Salem

NORTH SALEM, N.Y. – A New Jersey resident was arrested early Tuesday morning in North Salem after allegedly failing to safely avoid an emergency vehicle for the "move over" law, police said.

Michael Rosenthal, 41, was found to be intoxicated by New York State Police, according to police reports.

He was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the North Salem Court on May 6.
