Members of the North Castle Police Department and Greenburgh Drug and Alcohol Task forced arrested 52-year-old Kevin Finney of North White Plains after the traffic stop of Finney's 2004 Chevrolet Malibu in the area of Hillandale Avenue.

Finney was charged with possession of a controlled substance (a Class B felony) and criminal possession of a controlled substance (a Class C felony).

He was arraigned and sent to Westchester County Jail on $10,000 bond/$5,000 cash bail and is due back in North Castle Town Court on Oct. 17.
