Luticia Goodman’s arrest was the culmination of a joint investigation conducted by the Peekskill Police Department’s and Westchester County Police Department’s Narcotics Units, police said.
Goodman was arrested and charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance, a Class B felony, two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, a Class B felony and one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance, a Class A felony after being arrested Feb. 18 on Nelson Avenue, police said.
Goodman is accused of selling heroin to an undercover police officer several times during the spring of 2013, police said.

Goodman was found to be in possession of crack cocaine at the time of her arrest. She was remanded to Westchester County Jail pending a future court appearance.
