A three-car accident on Underhill Avenue and Rochambeau Drive in Yorktown resulted in a 52-year-old man being charged with felony DWI Friday.
Roy Byremo of Yorktown was charged with a felony DWI and felony aggravated DWI because he had a previous DWI conviction in the last 10 years, Yorktown Police said. He was also charged with driving with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor.
After investigating the accident, Byremo was arrested at the scene and transported back to police headquarters.
