Southeast Woman, 58, Faces Third DWI Charge

BREWSTER, N.Y. – A woman has been charged with her third driving while intoxicated offense in the last 10 years, stemming from an alleged incident Sunday on North Main Street in Brewster, according to the New York State Police.

Roseanne Lockwood-Caporale, 58, of Southeast, was charged with felony DWI in connection with Sunday’s incident, according to police.

The felony charge is because Lockwood-Caporale has two previous misdemeanor DWI convictions – one from 2006, and the other from 2007, Village of Brewster court records show.
