Heather Zito, 44, was charged Tuesday with three counts of petit larceny, two counts of forgery, identity theft, criminal possession of stolen property, and unlawful possession of personal identification information, police said.
Zito allegedly used a Southeast woman’s credit card and identity to make $590 in fraudulent purchases, according to police.
Zito has been released on her own recognizance, pending a Town of Southeast Court appearance scheduled for July 7, court records show.
