The accused, Michael A. Exteves Jr., 28, of the Bronx; Rita Leoni, 22, of 2802 Village Drive, Southeast; and Robert Lurcza, 27, of 1602 Eagles Ridge Road, Southeast, were arrested soon after Deputy Sheriff Kevin Radovich found them in possession of the drug about 8:45 p.m., Thursday, according to a statement from Sheriff's Office.

Radovich had responded to the area to investigate a telephone report from someone claiming to have seen people “doing drugs” in a parked car, authorities said.

Exteves, Leoni and Lurcza all were found seated in the car while smoking the drug, according to the Sheriff's Office, which said that each was found in possession of “quantities of marijuana.”
