Anthony Green, along with Cameron Green and Lennox Josephs, were part of a gang that committed at least 11 commercial robberies in August and September of 2015, Bharara said in a statement.

The trio, acting with a fourth unidentified person, spread their crimes across the area, striking restaurant delivery men, taxi drivers, gas stations and convenience stores in the Bronx, Elmsford, Yonkers, New Rochelle, Pleasantville and elsewhere, Bharara said.

Anthony Green personally was found to have taken an active part in at least three of the robberies between Aug. 27–Sept. 3, 2015. He was arrested while engaged in a fourth incident, Bharara said, adding that in one instance, Anthony Green violently assaulted a 61-year-old man, throwing him the ground before beating him repeatedly.

Citing the indictment, Bharara said that the gang wore masks and used realistic looking BB guns during their commercial robberies to “terrorize” their victims while assaulting them, Bharara said, adding that in one instance Cameron Green dislocated a pregnant woman’s shoulder.

The men also were found to have committed multiple earlier street robberies, snatching wallets and cellphones while physically assaulting their victims, according to Bharara.

Anthony Green pleaded guilty to his crimes on Feb. 26. On Wednesday, he was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Ronnie Abrams to 70 months in prison, Bhahara said.

Cameron Green and Josephs pleaded guilty to their crimes on Feb. 19 and March 9, respectively, and were each sentenced to 78 months in prison, Bharara said.
