At approximately 2:45 a.m. on Saturday, March 18, state police pulled over 33-year-old Morgan Walsh of Yonkers for a traffic violation on I-87.

During the subsequent traffic stop, troopers determined that Walsh was intoxicated, police said. She was taken into custody and processed at the state police barracks in Newburgh, where her blood-alcohol content was determined to be .18 percent, more than double the legal limit.

Walsh was charged with a misdemeanor count of aggravated driving while intoxicated. She was released to a sober third party and is due back in Town of New Windsor Court on Tuesday, March 21.
