Castelli Fundraiser Coming To Lift Trucks Project

NORTH SALEM, N.Y. – “An Evening of the Arts” at the Lift Trucks Project in Croton Falls on Saturday will benefit Assembly member Robert Castelli (R-Goldens Bridge), who is running for re-election in November.

Castelli has been representing the 89th Assembly District and is now seeking the seat for the newly established 93rd Assembly District, comprising Bedford, Harrison, Lewisboro, Mount Kisco, New Castle, North Castle, Pound Ridge, North Salem and portions of White Plains.

Castelli is a 22-year veteran of the New York State Police, where he served on the Organized Crime Task Force. A Vietnam veteran, Castelli serves on the Assembly’s Veterans Affairs Committee and on the governor’s Regional Economic Development Council.

He has been on the faculty of John Jay College, Marist College and Iona College. He holds a graduate degree in public administration from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

The event at the Lift Trucks Project, sponsored by owner Tom Christopher, will star the internationally renowned trumpeter Louise Baranger and her jazz trio. The music will provide the background for hors d’oeuvres and a selection of fine wines, specifically chosen for the occasion by Baranger’s husband, Fred Tregakis, host of  NPR’s “A Moment in Wine.”

The art of Erica Hauser also will be on display. The Lift Trucks has been described as “one of the most exciting exhibit spaces in the New York metropolitan area.”

“An Evening of the Arts” starts at 4 p.m. Saturday and will continue until 7 p.m.  For more information, email office@Castelli2012.com or call 914-437-9708. Tickets may be reserved at www.BobCastelli.com.
