John Jay Middle School Welcomes New Sixth-Graders

LEWISBORO, N.Y. -- John Jay Middle School welcomed the new sixth grade class at a meet and greet on Aug. 26.

A disc jockey out front and PTO members in the cafeteria greeted students and their families as they arrived. Students toured the hallways, compared schedules and asked questions to administrators and eighth graders about lockers, lunchtime, scheduling and more. 

Classes officially began Wednesday.
