The students, in the JJ for Vets club, presented a check worth $1,111.11 at the hospital's canteen on March 12, according to the district.

Students raised the funds last fall with the Field of Honor, a display of 150 American flags that were displayed on the school's front lawn, the district added. More information on the previous fundraiser can be found here.
