North Salem Students Performing In 'Footloose'

NORTH SALEM, N.Y. -- The Golden Stage Society at North Salem Middle/High School will be presenting "Footloose" during the weekend of March 11.

The show tells the tale of a rebellious teenager who moves to a small middle-American town where dance is forbidden. Once there, he persuades his classmates to defy the local pastor and call for a rock 'n' roll prom.

The Golden Stage Society's performances at the school, 230 June Road, include shows at:

7:30 p.m. on March 11;
7:30 p.m. on March 12; and
2 p.m. on March 13.
