Red-Hot Brewster Skates Past Pawling In Ice Hockey

BREWSTER, N.Y. -The Pawling High ice hockey team made its way down to the Brewster Ice Arena Friday night to take on one of the section's hotter teams, the Brewster Bears.

On the ice, Pawling kept things close, but in the end it was Brewster that walked off the ice with a 3-1 victory.

Travis Barry stopped 29 shots for Pawling, which fell to 6-13 with the loss.

Sean Reynolds scored a goal for the Tigers, assisted by James Comerford and Nic Merendino.

Brewster picked up its 17th win in 20 tries, leaving the Bears at 17-2-1.
